How it works

Matched to you, not to a bestseller list

Your answers are scored against what each formula is actually built to do — the goals you pick, how you handle caffeine, how much oily fish you eat, your age, stress and sleep, and any health flags you tell us about. The result is a short, honest plan: a primary match, any genuinely useful additions, and the timing to make them work. If something you take could interact with a medication or isn't right in pregnancy, the plan says so and holds back.

Nothing here is a diagnosis or a substitute for professional advice. It's a considered starting point — bring it to your doctor or pharmacist before you begin.

Quiz questions

Common questions

How is the recommendation decided?

Each answer adds or removes points for the products it's relevant to — for example, choosing “memory & brain health” favours Nooceptin, while telling us you're sensitive to caffeine steers you away from the caffeine-containing Vyvamind. The highest-scoring products become your plan. It's a transparent rules-based match, not a black box.

Do I have to give my email?

No. The quiz runs entirely in your browser and gives you the plan on the spot — there's no sign-up and nothing to submit. You can copy your plan to keep it.

Is this medical advice?

No. It's general, educational guidance based on the answers you give, and it can't see your full medical history. Supplements can interact with medication and health conditions, so please confirm any plan with your doctor or pharmacist — especially if you're pregnant, nursing, managing a condition or taking medication.

Can it recommend more than one product?

Yes, where it makes sense. Many goals are best served by a small stack — say a daily brain formula plus omega-3 — so the plan can include a top match and one or two supporting products, each with its own timing. It won't pad the list to sell more; low-scoring products are left out.
